This was my attempt to do a soylent diet. It didn’t go well, and by the end of the first week I felt incredibly sick.

To generate this page, I used the List Category Posts plugin, with the following shortcode:
[[catlist name="diet" orderby=date order=ASC]]
Simply replace “diet” with the name of the category, for example “novel”.
